• We collect only what we need to run the site and the app.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We run no advertising and no ad trackers.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do it within 30 days.

Information you give us

• Luxy Insider email list. Your email address, the page you signed up on, and the date.
• Your account. Your email address and a password. We store the password only in protected (hashed) form and cannot read it.
• Your activity in the app. The pieces you look up, the condition you select and the date; the pieces you save and the pieces you mark as owned; and any model request you send us, including a note if you add one.
• Messages. If you contact us, your name, email address and message.
• Purchases. If you buy a record or a membership, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the purchase, your plan and renewal dates, and a customer reference number. We never receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and database providers record technical details when you visit or sign in, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time. We use this for security and to keep the service running.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We count page views to understand which pages are used. Our analytics do not use advertising cookies, do not follow you across other websites, and report to us only in aggregate. If you arrive from a link we tagged (for example, in one of our emails), we can see which link sent a visitor, not who the visitor was.
• Cookies and browser storage. We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Cross-site tracking and browser signals. We do not track your activity over time across third-party websites or services, and we do not permit third parties to use Luxy Archives to do so. Because we do not engage in that kind of tracking, browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change how our service operates.

• To provide the service: your account, your valuations, your history and your saved pieces.
• To apply plan limits and prevent misuse, including duplicate free accounts.
• To process payments and manage memberships.
• To send service emails, such as account confirmation, password reset, receipts and renewal notices.
• To send the Luxy Insider newsletter, if you signed up for it. Every newsletter email tells you how to unsubscribe.
• To answer your messages and requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site and app are used, so we can improve them.
• To keep the service secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your personal information for advertising.
• We do not run advertising, sponsorships or affiliate links, and we do not give your information to any brand, marketplace or seller.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform that work for us:

• hosting and infrastructure providers, which run the site, the app and our database;
• our email delivery provider, which sends our emails;
• our payment processor, Stripe, which handles purchases under its own privacy policy;
• our business email and productivity tools, which receive the messages you send us;
• software development and operations tools we use under our direction to build and operate the service.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

• Account and activity: for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days. We may close an account that has not been signed in to for 24 months and has no active membership, and delete its information, after emailing at least 30 days' notice.
• Messages you send us: up to 24 months.
• Luxy Insider list: until you unsubscribe. We keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe so we do not email you again.
• Purchase and transaction records: for seven years for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and legal compliance purposes, including after an account is deleted.
• Technical logs: for the limited periods our providers retain them.

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions in any newsletter email, or by writing to us.
• Access or correct your information by writing to us.
• Delete your account and information by writing to support@luxyarchives.com from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done. If you delete your account, we may retain limited information where necessary for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations, such as purchase and transaction records.
• Change your password in the app at any time.

We offer the access, correction and deletion choices above regardless of where you live. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional privacy rights. You may submit a request regarding those rights to support@luxyarchives.com.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls designed so that each account can see only its own information. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Luxy Archives is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States, and our primary systems are located there. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries where they operate. If you use the service from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and tell you by email or by a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
